2024 Theme: Rise in Strength… make Disciples

These resources are designed to help Girls’ Brigade members, make a positive impact as they work with girls and young women all over Africa, as together we explore our theme and see our amazing vision unfold.

Our 2024 resources are now live. This year we have three resources: The Make Disciples activity resource, Go Green in 2024 and a Make Disciples spiritual resource.

In recognition of International Women’s Day (8 March 2023), The Girls’ Brigade International also launched a free resource for local Girls’ Brigade leaders called Fun & Games. Find out more here.

Resource Documents

These resources are designed to help Girls’ Brigade members worldwide make a positive impact as they work with girls and young women all around the world, as together we explore our theme and see our amazing vision unfold.

Reflections

Take some time out for yourself to reflect on GB’s theme for the year.

These reflections are written by members of the International Presidents Committee and friends of Girls’ Brigade International. Provided on a regular basis, they are designed to help those connected to Girls’ Brigade explore our chosen theme.

Stories of Transformation

To celebrate our 125th anniversary, we collected written testimonies of the work that God has done in the lives of Girls’ Brigade members and leaders. Often, these women have been involved in the organisation for decades.

Creating this resource was another way for us to celebrate what God is doing now, take a step back and look at how far we’ve come, and imagine what might be possible in the next 125 years of the organisation.

#iamgb

Launched on UN’s International Day of the Girl on Tuesday 11 October 2016, the #iamgb (I am Girls’ Brigade) video harnesses the transformational impact of Girls’ Brigade across the world.
